Staff
Our staff is comprised of highly trained, responsive professionals who will ensure that your concerns are immediately addressed. Also, the attorneys work with the client in a team effort to resolve disputes in the best interest of the client. In addition to attorneys, Duane C. Martin and Robert S. O’Dell, O’Dell & Associates, P.C. employs a full-time paralegal, Courtney Klabunde, who has worked with Mr. O’Dell for over five years, and a secretary, Penny Bair, who has worked with Mr. O’Dell for two years.

Courtney Klabunde has worked in the legal field since 1994. She attended Vincennes University for paralegal studies, then graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in paralegal studies.
Penny Bair Associate of Science degree in criminal justice from IV Tech Community College in 2009, and is now attending classes for her paralegal studies.
